The Iomega
/ Fry's Electronics Chevrolet was utilized for several store appearances
supporting Iomega products.
The team made appearances at Fry's Electronics locations including the Grand Opening of the Sunnyvale, California store. Other retail store demos occured at San Jose and Sacramento Fry's stores. The race car and tow vehicle featured Fry's Electronics logos throughout the 1998 season.

Electronics was the featured retailer with Iomega as they co-sponsored the
NASCAR Winston Cup Pole Qualifying Day at Sears Point Raceway in 1998.
Several Fry's Electronics key management personnel were invited to Sears Point Raceway and given rides in the official pace car and special hospitality arrangements and seating. Ed Coughenour was on hand to sign autographs for everyone on hand. |

Giveaways for NASCAR Winston Cup Pole Qualifying Day and the NASCAR
Featherlite Southwest Series Race were given out as in-store promotions at
all Northern California Fry's Electronics stores.
C & C Racing also distributed free tickets to lucky fans at the various Fry's Electronics outlets during the team's personal appearances. The NASCAR fans were thrilled to receive them. |

Memorex, the most famous name in recording media,
teamed up with Fry's Electronics to promote their products and give their
customers an opportunity to win tickets to the Save Mart / Kragen 350 and
the Ford L. A. Street Race.
C & C Racing owner / driver Ed Coughenour designed and coordinated the NASCAR Ticket Giveaway Sweepstakes including all of the in-store signing, product end cap displays and sweepstakes entry blanks for the Fry's Electronics locations. The promotion was in conjunction with Memorex supporting the team as the primary marketing partner both of the NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Series premier road course events. |
